A: Yes, We can send you a sample for your approval first.

 

Q: What is the lead time for mass production ? 

A: Usually for first order around 35-40 days,for we need to confirm more information such as the package in the first order,repeat order will be around 35 days;

 

Q:  is it possible to put our logo on the products ?

A: The quotation including the logo Silk screen printing on the products;

 

Q: I make business on Amazon, Can you ship my goods to Amazon FBA ?

Q:  What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) ?

A:  It depends on products,if for socket shelf products,with white box we can accept small order;

If with color box,the MOQ should at least 2K,for supplier have MOQ for us,Hope you can fully understand;

 

Q:  Can we mix color variants to reach MOQ?

A: Sorry,we just can accept one color to meet MOQ,for if with different color,we have much more labor cost and material cost to injection the housing;

 

Q: How long is the warranty?

Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Q: what are the warranty conditions ? (you supply free spare parts / give credit note / etc.)?

A: For warranty products，if the products have big quality problem，we will replace them or provide credit note.

 

Q: Can you send photos from packages?
